My name is Emily and this is my little space where I get to share what I eat and where I go. If I could live in Europe one day, I would. If I could have one wish, it would to be able to eat anything and everything without becoming morbidly obese. Baking is my way of winding down and it is the ultimate form of catharsis. Except for maybe eating chocolate (nothing can really top that).

I occasionally try my hand at the savory side of things. And if I don’t seem like a professional… I’m not. I’m just a 17 year old girl with a whisk (as well as some other useful things), a love for food, and a camera  trying to make her way in the world.

I would also like to say that, no, this is not a blog about getting high.

  1. Hi Emily, I must congratulate you on making such a nice Opera Cake. I attended a demo once and have not yet tried it out cos it’s such a big project with 4 components to finish. BTW which country are you from?
